When I first started training with Jonathan, I was very out of shape. I weighed 204 pounds and had a body fat percentage of almost 28%. Jonathan gave me some excellent tools for improving my diet and lifestyle and began to gradually help me increase the exercises and weight lifting that I could do. Less than half of a year later, my weight had dropped to 165 pounds and my fat percentage to below 11%. My waist size dropped from 38 to 31 while my chest rose from 38” to 42”. Jon pushed me. He motivated me. He guided me on better eating habits, honing in on the importance of macronutrients, timing, calorie intake, and calorie burn. He looked at my food journal (seriously looked at it) and pointed out trouble areas.
